1. Who we are

TutorTots provides live online lessons for young children. Contact: leafsolutions.server@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Parent account details: name, email, phone number, country, payment records (card details are handled by our payment provider, never stored by us).
• Child profile: first name, date of birth, learning level, avatar, and notes you choose to share.
• Lesson data: bookings, tutor reports, stars and progress. Lessons may be recorded for safety and quality review.
• Tutor applications: identity and qualification documents, kept private and visible only to our admin team.

3. Why we use it

To run lessons, take payments, send reminders and reports, keep children safe, and improve our service. We never sell personal data.

4. Children's data

Children do not create their own accounts. A parent or guardian creates the child profile and gives consent for the child to take part in lessons. You can ask us to correct or delete your child's data at any time.

5. Sharing

Only with the tutor teaching your child (first name, age, level, notes), our payment provider, and service providers who host our platform, under confidentiality obligations.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is open and for as long as the law requires for invoices. Lesson recordings are deleted after 90 days unless needed for a safety investigation.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing leafsolutions.server@gmail.com. We comply with the personal data protection laws of the Gulf countries we serve (including the Saudi PDPL and UAE PDPL).
