1. The service

TutorTots connects families with independent, vetted tutors for live online English and Montessori lessons for children aged 3–6.

2. Accounts

Parents must be 18 or older. A parent or guardian must be present nearby during lessons for children under 4 and is responsible for the child's device and surroundings.

3. Plans and payments

• Plans are billed every 28 days in advance and renew until you turn off auto-renew.
• Lessons in a plan must be booked within its cycle. Unused lessons do not roll over unless you renew early.
• Each child may take one free trial lesson.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance return the lesson credit to your plan. Later cancellations and no-shows use the credit. If a tutor cancels or does not attend, the credit is always returned. If you are not happy after your first paid cycle, contact us within 14 days for a refund of unused lessons.

5. Conduct and safety

Contact between families and tutors must stay on the platform. Sharing personal contact details or arranging lessons outside the platform is not allowed and may lead to account closure.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 28-day cycle.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which TutorTots is registered.
